Lillian
Lillian is a seafood-focused restaurant with a raw bar and a full dinner menu. Opened in January 2024, Lillian is named after owners Megan and Patrick Phelan's daughter. It is a place where hospitality, the feeling of welcome, and the blending of the familiar and new are realized through dishes that celebrate the seasons, ingredients, and the people who prepare them. The restaurant offers a relaxed counter service that combines the casual atmosphere of a diner with the elegance of fine dining.

Capital Square
As one of the most prolific developers in Richmond, Capital Square opened a development office in Scott’s Addition on the ground floor of the INK property. The office space includes “hot desk” work stations for employees, conference rooms, and a communal kitchen with a collaborative work table. In 2024, 510 Architects, the base building architect as well as the architect for the office space, was recognized by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) for their design work of the Capital Square office space.
